This is down home cooking at its best. Some of my breakfast favorites are the cinnamon roll French toast which is what it sounds like, and the Lee R omelette (not on the menu but every waitress knows about it) which is an omelet with a delicious kick of heat from the sliced jalepenos. It has been a week since my visit so I can't remember exactly what is on it but I will definitely order it again next time.

Picture this, four men, exhausted from a few hours drive looking for a wholesome meal. We stumble upon El Bambi Cafe, and wow I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The service was 10/10. Bobbie tended to our every need with a smile, even cracked a few jokes while she was at it.

My meal in El Bambi Cafe was, in a single word, unforgettable. Although the meal will only be in my body for another few hours, El Bambi Cafe will forever live in my heart.

Thank you.

Know the hours, only open until 2 p.m. most days but well worth adjusting your schedule two get there in time to enjoy any of their delicious breakfast or lunch entrees.

Felt like going back in time for a happy moment. Sweetest waiter ever. I had a wonderful breakfast ( hours 6am to 2 pm). Bought 4 of the El Bambi shirts!

The food was similarly unbelievable. Generous portions, creative combinations, and cheap prices were all highlights of the El Bambi menu. El Bambi prominently features its heartened American soul, while seamlessly integrating its Tex-Mex heritage. “El” means “the” in Spanish after all. No where is this heritage more apparent than in their salsa, which I can only describe as Devine. Yes, Devine, as in a gift from the God above.

The service is very friendly , so much so that this is not a fast food choice but more of a sit and enjoy, casual place.

Very good food / great environment. Good peaple.

May God bless the owners of this establishment, and whoever decides to share a meal there.

The only place to stop on I-15.

Plenty of parking. Everything is close...dollar store, truckstop (Fuel showers)

The absolute best food ever. Everything is good. Best breakfast for sure! Love the clubhouse, chicken bacon ranch and the Philly cheese steak. Best ever. My kids love the country gravy over their fries or cottage potatoes.

We topped off our meal with a milkshake. It was soft and sweet to the taste, and served as an excellent compliment to my mushroom and Swiss burger. While my companions and I enjoyed our milkshake, an elderly couple seated across from us caught our attention sharing their own strawberry shake. How adorable! Perhaps the secret to a long marriage lies somewhere in sweet milkshakes shared in fine American cafes like El Bambi.
