This is a rustic, family owned campsite that is very well maintained. Camp hosts were friendly and helpful. Great prices on laundry and firewood! Definitely a hidden gem, the campground's location on a map makes it look like it's too close to town but it was very quiet and felt like we were in the woods so don't let that change your mind!
Total price $27.00 for the night.
It is like I stepped back a 100 years ago. Most of the campground has a log cabin rustic type effect in a semirural area on the outskirts of town.
So if you like the Daniel Boone or Bonanza era then you would be right at home here.
Most of the permanent residents have built wooden structures around their mobile homes that look like log cabins.
No grass, cable TV, or 50 Amp.
The bathrooms have older showers with no handicap access but they are clean and have a heater.
We liked this RV park. Very reasonable rate with Passport America. The Owners were friendly and the onsite Mexican restaurant was good. Close to I-15 but far enough out that it was quite.
Cute campground. 5 spots for overnighters. The rest of the spots are all summer visitors! Great place. Close to atv trails. Best restaurant onsite! Maria's is a must! Best Mexican food!!!
It's a very kid friendly and calm with very good campgrounds.
