Thank you Monty and Liz! My family and I were headed back home to Salt Lake from Saint George and had our alternator go out about 30 miles south of Beaver. With no shop within 75 miles that had the correct alternator, we found a local parts shop who carried it and recommended Monty, they were even willing to deliver it to the shop! Once we were able to get up to Beaver, Liz and Monty had us in and out within an hour with a new alternator. I cannot say enough how grateful we are that there are people like them. 100% saved the day and are the kindest most genuine couple you’ll ever meet. Lousy customer service. Didn't fix issue. Wife wears the pants. Mechanic is a wimp.
This guy was a jerk! We broke down on the freeway and my husband who has been a servie manager for 30 years tried to explain what we needed and the lady who awnsers the phone (his wife) apparently got offended because we understood what we needed ao by the time we had called the tow Company and called back to arrange everything Monte got on the phone and said Fix it youself well just so you know we were in the middle of no where on a very hot day and he didn't care!
Good place to rent heavy equipment. I needed my starter replaced on my F-250 pickup truck. I bought one from Carquest and Monty replaced it that day. Thanks Monty! Great Work.
