A great big thanks to all of the guys at Cove Fort Chevron Towing. I was on I15 SB. I started having my transmission overheat around Scipio. I pulled off and cooled down the car and tried again, only to make it to within 1 mile of their exit. They were so helpful on the phone with ideas of things to try. They kept checking on me. One of them came out in a small pickup truck to see if it was a quick fix and tried a few things. As I tried to move again, with him following me, it still did not work. So he called another coworker to bring the tow truck. He responded so quickly!! He came with the truck and also the diagnostic machine. He plunged into my car and checked codes and tried to reset me. When all of that didn't work he towed my car. They were so helpful in trying multiple options (at no charge) before towing me as a last resort. Also, they had great recommendations for where to take my vehicle. Unfortunately it was a long tow a few hours away, but they got it there quickly and kept in touch with me along the way. Thanks again to Jimmy and Shay especially. You helped me through a very stressful situation the best you could.

These amazing guys here are so friendly and so welcoming. They helped us out right away and went the extra mile to make sure we were good to go. Definitely would recommend stopping here to get checked out or need anything at all.
My tire blew out about 1/2 mile from the Cove Fort exit. A friendly gentleman pulled over to assist us and had my tire off and the spare on within 5 minutes. Turns out that it was the Owner of this great business. An employee greeted me at the shop and filled my spare up with air. Great customer service, very friendly people. Hopefully I don't run into this situation again, but if it happens and I'm close by - there's no doubt who I will be calling for assistance!
These guys are amazing! My daughter's car started smoking in the middle of a 3,000 mile road trip. They saw her in trouble and came to her aid. Turned out to be a minor leak from an oil filter mount, which could wait until the end of the trip to repair. They had her back on the road confident that she could continue. They would not accept payment because they had not 'done' anything. Who do you want taking care of your car?
