We were traveling through Beaver and ordered pizza. Free Style Pizza called us back because they did not have some of the items we ordered. So I asked them to just cancel our order and we ordered pizza somewhere else. Then we got home from our trip and I get my credit card bill in the mail. The charge for the order we canceled was still on the bill. I called the owner and he said that they couldn't cancel it, I had to call the credit card company. I said I would, but I asked why no one at Free Style Pizza had called me to let me know that they were unable to cancel it and I had to cancel it myself? He didn't have an answer for me and didn't offer any help in resolving the problem.
Very good quality food and always hot on pick up and delivery hands down the best pizza in beaver county Utah
Pizza was superb, and the owner is really friendly. It's quite a drive from where I live, but definitely worth it. One of the best eatery's in Beaver.
Ex-shiz-et pizza ! Absolustly terrifying
On top of having really good food at a reasonable price, the customer service in this establishment is top notch. I stopped for the night at a nearby motel and went looking for food, only to find most places closed. However, Freestyle Pizza's doors were still open, and although they were in the closing process after hours, they made me a meal while they were cleaning and gave good conversation to boot. Couldn't hope for a more friendly - and tasty - restaurant.
