This location has ALWAYS given me horrible experience. Usually its just a horrificly long wait time, and they never tell you a number. I always get the sake thing, especially since I have dietary restrictions and I know what I can have almost everywhere. I ordered the same thing I always get (cookie dough blizzard). Was surprized by how fast I got my order. It looked like chocolate ice cream, so I asked them to verify the order... They verified it was what I had ordered then said it has hot fudge in it... I can not have hot fudge. They argued that it is always in the cookie dough blizzard. I had to through it out. Will never return to this DQ. Staff is horrible and cold. Only reason they have business is because they are along a well traveled road. Extreamly disappointing.
The food is good but holy cow the employees are no rush AT ALL! Tons of people and they are moving like they're half asleep. They are nice though.
The employees here were extremely efficient! I came in with a large group of family (we ordered over 10 kids meals, plus adults) and they had our food out quickly! They were clearly very organized and were able to get delicious food out to their customers in a friendly manner. The seating area is tiny, so if you're coming with a crowd be aware!
Love their dips good food inexpensive prices nice and clean especially the one off of Bluff Street
I tell you what the people working here are Angels and Blessings. In a very hard time we had they were our heros. We were far away from home and the alternator in our van went out. My husband is a disabled Vet with PTSD and he had a episode. After getting calmed down I ordered our food and the wonder Angel taking care of us and she really did. The food wasn't the only thing good hear. Shows that there are still Angels of kindness still out there. I hope the higher up people read this because they need to know what amazing people they have working here.
