In all fairness we were the only couple here at 0700. Pumpkin pancakes, eggs and oatmeal were much better than at most Dennys. Some Dennys don't even know how to cook oatmeal so in my opinion the cooks here are chefs . We also received great service
Pretty bad experience. It would have been one star if the staff didn't try to make up for their mistakes. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Las Vegas. I ordered a $4 value meal item and my wife and son shared a $8 value meal item. Typically, it takes only a few minutes once it's been ordered. With the building less than half full, it took over 25 minutes to get our food. Which was odd, as other orders seemed to keep coming out of the kitchen. We sat pretty close to the kitchen and I watched my order sit on the counter for ten minutes. Finally the cook says this order has been ready for 20 minutes. A waitress yells back saying "no, you're missing the chicken". Fast forward another 8 minutes or so and our food disappeares off the counter. The hostess brings us our food and warns us that the plates are very hot. We did not order any skillet menu items, so it was obvious that they microwaved our food. We didn't get napkins or syrup for the pancakes. Which is fine, usually we ask for extra napkins. What bothered us is that once we got our food, it seemed like they didn't want to check on us (in fact, they only checked to see how we where doing once up until this point). I almost raised my hand to get help, but I didn't want to be rude. It was very awkward because I hate confrontation at restaurants.. As if things couldn't get worse, I found a curly, dark hair in my eggs. I let the waitress know when she dropped the napkins off, and she apologized. Like I said, I gave them two stars because they tried to make up for it by giving us a discount, and the waitress was apologetic. It just sucks because we were very hungry and basically lost our appetites after already wasting 40 very hungry minutes. I should have taken a picture of the hair but I didn't think of it. Anyways, I read a couple other reviews, and I do not recommend this location until the kitchen is retrained on cleanliness and ticket times.
9/28/17 appx: 6:00PM I have to give a big thank you to the cook Tadd .. my meal was amazing and fast at coming out. I'm not to fond of the greeter or the waitress .. they both seemed very rude! When the greeter sat me she just put the menu down on the table and walked away....the waitress walked up and said "what can I get started for you?" And honestly she never came back by to ask how everything was or fill my drink i waited for 40 mins and still nothing.she past by me about 3 or 4 times and I tried to get her attention but nothing, It was not busy at all so I don't know why this happened they both were just rude! I would have to give them both a horrible review... but the 5 stars go to the cook for sure .. hopefully my next visit will go better.
If your look for both good food and friendly staff THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! TERRIBLE I mean TERRIBLE customer service and satisfaction. Food was alright and the waiters and waitresses don't check back with you or even refill your cups and glasses at all..they only came once, mixed up, and forgot part of our orders. Then after it came to the bill they swapped our 4 bills adding other items we did not order to them. They then took almost a half and hour to fix our bills and get the correct order put into the receipts. They didn't apologize and were standing around until we had to force them over to us. The first time eating here and it was TERRIBLE , slow service and timing. Non professional employees.. Terrible first experience.
If you order go-to you can guarantee that they'll mess up your order. The few times we have dined in, it has been decent but we have to ask for utinsels as they don't have any on the table. First time we went in, we had 5 different waitresses. Food is cooked well but the staff could definately be better trained.
