Since their alternate entrance was locked I had no choice but to go on the wet floor. Also ironic that as soon as I had fallen they pulled out a fan to dry the ground and unlocked the other door. Clearly they knew they were in the wrong... Never eating here again, if I ever set foot here again it'll be to sue them for the extra damage they have caused on my tibia.
Well the food was alright, I got 3 hard shell tacos, but I guess I forgot to ask for the cheese to be inside the shell, so they just stuck it on the side of the shell. Also the day I went there, there was a little boy running around shirtless banging on tables and screaming as he did it. The staff didn't seem to care nor did the parents. All in all I give one star.
I read the reviews and thought I'd try it out. I'm glad I did. Such awesome service and fabulous food. Such friendly people. Clean and prices are great as well.
The vegetarian burrito and rolled tacos were delicious and sooooo inexpensive! I will eat here every time I am passing through Beaver.
Sure the food was okay, not the best I've had, but more than anything the staff is terrible at customer service. I had broken my leg a few days prior and was in excruciating pain; they had just mopped the ground so it was wet, but their alternate entrance was locked so it was the only door we could go through. I used my crutches to make my way into the store and they slipped and I landed right on my freshly broken leg. Of course I'm screaming bloody murder and the staff did nothing. No one came to ask if I was okay, or how they could help. Instead when my dad asked if he had seen what had happened, he responded with "well I put a sign up my friend."
Um okay.... Thanks. We asked for ice and he gave it to us but there was no apology, asking if we were okay or needed anything, nothing. Only reason why I ate here is cuz I was in too much pain to make my way out.
As for Erika Brinely, you are what's wrong with America today. If you have crutches and there's a wet floor sign, have your dad ask to open the other door. That simple. This place is awesome, whether in Utah, or California, I am always more than satisfied with the food and service.
